16 miles to Schenectady

so said the milepost sign, so I decided to test it Twin Bridges: The mohawk: Haven't gotten lost yet: and here we are(mile 20, with the mile marker 4 from the start: Let's head back: down the hill at Knolls: Past Niskayuna: and almost home: I was going to make a video today, but no such luck. here's the music:

I went to college in Schenectady! It was lovely to see the pics of the Mohawk... as a Geology major I spent a lot of time on the river. Ever been to Plotterkill Preserve in Rotterdam? That's another great spot for hiking!

I went to college in Schenectady so it was great to see your lovely pictures! I wasn't into biking back then quite the way I am now, but I did spend a lot of time on the Mohawk as a Geology major. Thanks for bringing back some memories!
