Prayers away!

I did the prayer table again this Saturday, It was snowing and I thought I could get some snow on the photos:

But Google can make it happen!

Hey, who's this?

I'm still trying to figure out how they decided what to snow and what not to snow. Anyway, they let the folks in early , which in turn made me early for the hockey game:

The game was good, except for the outcome"

and I wrapped up the day by picking up my hybrid from the Downtube. There might be an addition to my stable in the future. stay tuned...

A Day at the Museum

I went to the prayer table as usual:

and then I went up to Saratoga Springs and took in the auto museum. Despite it  being an auto museum, there is a horse in front(this is Saratoga)

Yep, it's a car museum:

And Elvis was there, of course!

The second floor is the better , as it focuses on cars with New York connection. This a Playboy, a car that was briefly made in Buffalo, and lent its name to a magazine:

Watkins Glen

FDR's ford:

Charles Lindbergh's Franklin, made in Syracuse.

and the most famous New York car, The Piece Arrow from Buffalo:

and since I'm back on the revolutionary war beat, I stopped at the Battlefield:

Cool Walk

I took a walk down to the riverfront. Lots of ice dams:

But the river is clear:

Coming back up the hill was a little tough. Beginning to feel like this old studebaker:
